Senior Account Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, driving sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. You will serve as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business objectives and providing customized solutions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of success in account management and business development.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their main point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and business objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to proactively identify opportunities and potential risks.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products or services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management.

Qualifications:
